And one of the nicest days we had was in Conwy.
This was not just because of this wool shop
lovely shop, rather pushy owner. It's where I bought the little weaving kit.
There were also some interesting old buildings, like this one
and a beautiful patisserie where we had an early lunch(?)
There's a beautiful harbour with great views,
a spectacular castle
and last but not least the Smallest House in the British Isles.
We both loved Conwy. Sadly it was far too hot to do much and certainly too hot to tackle the walk up to and around the castle. We'd love to go back another time though, spend longer and explore the town properly.
